My friend's feed in Korea shows the photo post on fb like the IG interface, only shows the first full photo, and has to swipe to see the rest
Have you met anyone with the same problem, and is there a way to prevent Meta from officially applying that stupid interface

I've heard about it. Meta's trying to copy Instagram’s style, but it’s annoying. Unfortunately, there’s no way to undo it officially. You can try clearing the cache or reinstalling, but it’s usually permanent. Best option is to send feedback to Meta and hope they change it later.

I have heard a few people say the same, looks like Meta’s testing that IG style layout. Sadly there’s no way to turn it off, unless they decide to roll it back.

Yeah, I’ve noticed a few users mentioning that update too. Meta keeps testing new layouts from region to region, so it might just be another experiment.

Some users see photo posts showing only the first image with the rest requiring a swipe and there is currently no official way to change this display

It's an experimental interface from Meta, there's no official way to turn it off; you can only update the app, clear the cache, or provide feedback via “Report a problem”.

It’s part of Meta’s A/B testing — not a bug, so there isn’t really a way to “turn it off.” The only options are to use the desktop version, switch to an older app build (not always stable), or just wait it out until they decide whether to roll it out globally.

I've seen some people in Korea and Europe experiencing the same thing, it seems Meta is testing a new swipe post interface like IG.
