FB Ads - What went wrong?!

Hey Guys,

I just dipped my toe into media buying through clickbank selling a very nice anti aging eBook. But something went wrong.....

I spent $48 and managed to get 266 hops - not bad I thought, yet I got no sales?

I was direct linking from the ad to the page of the merchant yet didn't get any impressions on the order form?

I've heard direct linking isn't the best but this is a hot product and I would have expected at least a few sales?

May have worked better capturing emails through landing page or choose a CPA offer.

Was the sales page long? Was it a video?

Some reasons why FB can be hard to advertise on. Your page has to be quick and easy for them to get back to FB.

One of the best ways to advertise on facebook is to use the ads, then have a "Like this page to continue" button. when they click like, it shares it on their facebook page, and then goes to the offer. That way you also get free advertising from the people who like it.

Make sure you also have some stuff about how great the ebook is, how it helped you etc.

Try to capture their email first. People on facebook are not in "buying mode". Send them to your landing page, capture their email address and then promote the product via email.
