I wonder what's your favorite online project management tool - if you're using any.... I've just spent an hour on G, but not one impressed me so far. I'm chasing a simple (free if possible) tool with clear design and for a group of 3-5 co-workers.
    Thanks.

This is my first post here. If this thread should be placed elsewere, then Admin please move it properly...

    Home Page:
    Wedoist for simple task collaboration.

Zoho projects is very good, complex though and expensive.

basecamp is also meant to be good but I haven't used it personally.

If your just starting out, then stick to google drive and spreadsheet, its basic but with advanced collab functionality, and from there you'll have a better idea about what exactly will meet your needs better,

Thanks guys. I have my radar pointed to Trello and Todoist.
None of them is goal oriented, but I found simplicity at this point is more important to me.

Active Collab works great for me and my team, It's on my server and gets the job done. But it's a resource eater for the server.

trello.com is my favorite. Completely free, no ads, made by an exceptional software company which continues to keep it updated, fast and reliable.

I guess that simplicity and clean design tools (like Trello) lead more to "TODO" tools and away from project management, and vice versa... Neither way, trello will do the job in my case (one man band) - for the time being. When time comes to expand further I might try Active Collab. If they would have an App, it would be even better ...

I have found Trello to be most convenient, other require too much time to manage them. Indeed it's more process than goal oriented but I don't see anything bad in it.
