I don't know that I would recommend this guy. I bought two proxies from him last month. They were working OK so I offered to buy more. He told me he was sold out but he'd have more IP's in 3-4 days. Then he basically disappeared.
The two proxies I have from him have since expired (i.e., my IG accounts are sitting idle and I can't use them). He does not do autopay, so I'm stuck until he renews me. I've been trying to reach him for almost a week to re-activate, but he has not replied. I simply could not run a business going through this every month.
I wouldn't expect to have such a hard time trying to give someone money, but here we are...

As you know residential proxies are home computers which keep coming online and going offline.The service I advertised was non-rotating proxies which means I do not rotate them but they will rotate at some point of time when that computer goes offline.All residential proxy sellers face this problem and my customers were also facing this issue , although rarely but still they were getting some blocks which i did not like at all.
So I thought of holding off for a few days and work on delivering truly static IP. From today I have started selling truly static IPs which you can keep for long time. This guarantees that whatever accounts you run on it should never get a block since you always run from same residential IP.All types of proxies are available ranging from 24 hours to 7-8 hours online everyday. I maintain a history of last 30 days online times of all proxies customers can choose from the list. Price for 24 hour running proxy is set to $50/month and for lesser running proxies a lower price can be negotiated.Lesser running proxies maybe useful for those customers who want to pay less and still want to hold an IP for long time and need to use it only few hours a day.

Its a home connection. I am not a instagram user myself but you whatever number you can run on a home computer, you can run on proxy too.
Unfortunately dutch proxies are not available but if you need a good number , those can be arranged.

As i told earlier I just started providing static IP from today. And if its a static IP VCC shouldnt be a problem. We can talk more.

Yes its true that i told you that i will have lot more IPs in 3-4 days and I have already obtained them. I can provide more now.

You can goto https://fastpro.xyz and goto bottom and enter any username and password in login and you will automatically register and login.
After that tell me your username I will activate your trial..You will need to talk to me to tell some settings like Geo, Rotation and website you need access to.
