I find that when I'm fasted (more than 10 hours without food intake) I tend to be 100% focused on whatever it is I need to accomplish & I feel completely energized. When I eat food, I typically eat more than I should because I just like to eat a lot, though I do workout a good 4-5 times a week intensely so not worried of weight gain. Any of you here tried intermittent fasting? Share your thoughts if you have. It's pretty much what I'll be practicing hard on the next few months to master my food cravings and get more work done when I'm in that ZONE, in a fasted state. I find when I break my fast I become terrible with even the most simple tasks until it wares off. Although the outcome of a fasted state may be different for others, some may feel weak in a fasted state while others such as myself, feel an increased positive mood & state of mind. Time to focus on the FAST! Perhaps add in some Meditation!
