Has anyone every used these guys. Fasthosting.com is offering 1yr. free reseller hosting. I want to get a reseller account so I can host a lot of blogs.

I'm looking at hostgator also. I know a lot you here use them. I'm leaning toward hostgator because I know others that are using them. I really want to avoid headaches and being nickeled and dime'd to death. That is why I'm thinking hostgator, but it's kind of hard to pass up FREE for one year!

Any suggestions? Has anyone used fasthosting or heard anyhting about them?

Don't know about fasthosting but I signed up with fasthosts for a 3 month trial and it seems like every thing you might need like a database, cpanel, etc, you have to pay an extra fee for. I suspect that fasthosting is similar, this is how these companies make their dosh.

As for ghosthater they suck ass big time. Support is non existant and when I moved up to a reseller account it went from unlimited bandwidth to extremely limited (enough to last me a couple of weeks only). Oh and they closed my account one month because my hosting fee was 10c short (their mistake but no fricking apology) the damn online support guy was laughing his head off.

I'm currently looking at these guys since I am in the UK www.heartinternet.co.uk looks like excellent service.

Sorry my bad, it was fasthosts that is offering the free 1yr. hosting. Good to hear you like them. Maybe I'll try them.

Wow, first bad thing I've heard about hostgator. I really have to look into them some more.

    Thanks for the advice

I had considered using fasthosts but scrapped the idea, they are quite terrible, if you ever have a problem they will screw you on support (it costs a flat 70-140$ an hour) even when its their mistake.

Anyways I think i could have signed up using a vcc, dint think of that before, will try it out, maybe I can screw 'em over.

    Cheers!!
