I have like 20 blogs ready in my fresh PBN, all are HQ expired domains but the problem is that even after adding content to them and installing sitemap plugins most of them aren't indexed.
What is the fastest way to index them?
I don't want to use something like GSA Indexer as it will create some junky links.

Were the domains indexed when you first got them? If not that is a red flag.

Often expired domains aren't already indexed.

OP, if you think about indexation as Google knowing your website is there, think about the properties it owns: Youtube, G+. Blogger.

Publish a video, link back to your site.
Post site on G+.
Post an article on blogger and link back to the site.

Failing that the video sitemap trick still works for me, upload a youtube video linking back to your site, embed it into your PBN domain, download the video sitemap plugin and ping Google from it (should be an option).

I would never buy a not indexed domain.. why should google deindex a good domain with good backlinks without any reason?

Adding my PBN to GWT doesn't feel so smart..

Ya I thought about social signals and I check it as we're speaking, also going to try the video sitemap trick.
Thanks for suggesting anyways.

Because they are expired? Nobody want to click on some link and see it has been expired.

If they are high quality domains then they should have high quality backlinks, which means they should get indexed in no time.

Trust me they have contexual links from top sites like gizmodo/huffingpost etc..
I guess Google just need some reminder

Write an informative and optimized article (SEO) with a link to your site and submit it to EzineArticles.

If the expired domain has good backlinks that haven't been deleted, don't worry about indexing. It should index on its own within a few hours to a day after installing wordpress even if it's just an empty installation with hello world post. The longest I've seen it take to get indexed is like 2 days.

If you're in a hurry to index them (not sure why you'd wanna rush it though), just try the video + google XML video site map submit trick. Usually takes 30 seconds to index.

You'd try to build backlinks to it to get it indexed quickly.Backlinks from high PR websites makes it easy for you.

Well seems most of my domains were indexed it is just I was using non accurate tool ^_^
Thanks for all.

You can get it through pretty fast with this tool http://onehourindexing.co not sure if they have a trial or something.. used it yesterday for 5 expired domains, they were indexed after 1 or 2 hours.. worked great :)

I have around 400 pbn domains now and every single one of them were indexed using express indexer, if the site is in good order with no penalties, they normal get indexed within a day for me.

Yea just to add I recently bought 10 domains, within 2 days of hosting them they were re-indexed.
