I'm going to be changing my IP a lot and need extra fast speed while surfing the web under a different IP address. what is the best way to go about this? I'm looking to make a good investment here. Any ideas? VPN? RDSL? USB modem? What do you guys suggest? Thanks :)

I am not affiliated with this company but I do use them and their customer service is good and setup is pretty simple. VPN.me. I really don't have much experience with VPN's though but I was impressed with them.

Edit: Oh I just read that you are changing your IP a lot. Not sure if you are trying to get a unique IP every time. If so I don't think VPN.me is what you are looking for. I think they give you one IP. Might be able to get a east coast and west coast server and change IP that way.
