Fast proxies in order to have USA IP addresses?

I need my friends to help me out for a contest I'm in but most of them are outside the USA and they can't vote for this reason. I thought of a proxy but they're usually so slow and I don't want my friends to be annoyed by this.

Is there somehow something that could help me? a fast proxy?

Certain customers who asked for faster USA proxies for accessing to web sites using public proxies would need to use USA based VPN.

Your computer (outside of USA) -> USA VPN (or VPS) -> Public USA Proxies -> faster loading Web sites.
using proxy tool for browser, or SEO tools such as SB, etc.

If you want a quick free way around this, use a US based VPN service.

Install a program called "anchor free" and make sure you have ad block plus installed in your browser. Every time you want a new US IP, just disconnect and then reconnect anchor free vpn.
