Uh, I forgot. I used New York as the location. Should I let the site to select automatically "based on ping etc" ???
Because if I do that I get much higher numbers. :D

Ye use automatically. I run SB on vps with 100mbps download speed. I can run 150-200 Threads on there easily. With around 5mb I would suggest max of 20-30 but this depends if you have autoapprove list or normal list since autoapprove are spammed which increases their size.

Automatically I get Download: 46.70 and Upload: 4.82
So, what speed should I look at ? Download right ?
    What about my specs?
Overall, can it handle 150 threads?

Yea you have a decent net connection and speed. Go for 100 threads atm thats possible, and if you are not using autoapprove list go for 150.
