Fashion niche, for the life of me i cant find any good pictures! :/

okay great members of BHW i need your help yet once again!

I have started an instagram account in women's fashion niche! but for the life of me i can find good pictures, i look at other instagram accounts and they all have freakin 100s of thousands of followers and whatever they upload they get tens of thousands of likes, is it just me or is there a tirck to it?

I found a few which according to me were appealing and i uploaded them and not alot of people seem to like them :/ and i uploaded a picture which i thoght was meh and it got freaking 17 likes (i only have 46 followers) So i think the problem might be with me being a man not being able to sense the right fashion pictures to post lol

So here i come to my point, can anyone please tell me of a resource where i can get pictures for female fashion niche so i can upload them? Because everywhere i looked i only found stupid pictures or maybe its just me can someone please please please help me regarding this?

I am getting follow backs when i am scraping users from a fashion page but not alot are liking! :/

yes this is what i tried to do but what happened is when i find pictures i dont know if they are good or not, like i downloaded a few pictures and uploaded them and they didnt get alot of likes the new women's fashion is so strange and weird if someone with experience in this field could point me to 1 good blog i would be very grateful!
 
if you don't want to reupload the pics you find on ig, you can try reddit/FFA, tumblr, lookbook, polyvore or fourchan/fa (although it's mostly men fashion), but if you don't have the eye for fashion, you might have a hard time succeeding and you may want to look for a niche which interests you and you're actually good at, just because fashion is big on ig, you don't necessarily have to go with the flow
 
Wait, how many followers do you have?
You're looking at people who have 100k+ followers that get 5k+ likes on their posts..
Don't compare yourself to them if you have like 500 followers.. and don't expect to get 5k likes lol
I have like 20+ women's fashion and theyre all doing fine
 
imgur app is great for pictures, I use it for content for my insta accounts :)

Thank you for your input, i am not going with the flow i am actually apply a twist to a method here, if successful ill share it here once i am stable enough. The people who make 100 accounts on instagram with 20 accounts on fashion and 20 on fitness and 20 on health etc etc i am sure they might have a proper resource to upload some nice engagin pictures and i dont think they are experts in all those fields.

What i am trying to say is niches like fitness, health, animals, tech or whatever you can generally look and know like what would be a good picture but with fashion i am finding it very weird because to me one picture that looks stupid gets a few comments and tons of likes already and others which I would actually like my wife to wear get only a few likes lol
 
I don't think you quite understand Instagram yet hahaha, you are never going to get as many likes as you do followers, it will be around 5-10% , so for every 100 followers you get 5-10 likes. It's just the way it is

that might not be true.
i've seen account with 1000 followers, getting 40k likes.
if your post interests people and have the right tags, you can get likes even without many followers.

my posts do not seem very interesting, 10% of my likes still come from non followers.

the account i refer to above uses 50+ tags, including #music.

if you posted a video of taylor swift falling down stairs, you dont need followers at all.

Sorry, should've worded it better. Meant to say the majority of accounts will not see as many likes as followers.
 
best sources: TUMBLR, Pinterest and Reddit.

another unique source are the chinese websites that offer clothing replicas, they have lots of photos.
 
You want to use either kstogram or SaveforIG to download pictures from other successful fashion blogs. These pictures have proven that they work. Then reupload them to your blog

90% of what you see on IG is recycled content

Find a good tumblr blog then go on their 'archive'
 
I'm a large fashion inspo account, and get my pictures from tumblr. Even with the best pictures, you won't get many likes with only 46 followers. Continue to post, and you'll gain followers and likes. I started from 0, posted daily, and now have 60k+ followers. It hasn't even been a year!
 
When you guys take photos from Pinterest, Tumblr, Reddit, etc., do you credit the original person who posted it? I don't always do this and a lot of people just get angry and say 'this is @soandso' and it just really embarrasses me.
Any advice about this?
