Farm email addresses from my account and compile them in to a database?

First, thank you for reading over my post. I know nothing about scripting or writing code but I am interested in trying to operate my business a little more efficiently. My goal is to pull every email address from every person who has contacted me and to condense that down in to a database that I could easily send emails through. Are there any kind of scripts or bots that would run through all of my emails and pull each email in to its own list? I have all of my emails backed up through Yahoo. Any help would be immensely appreciated. Thank you!

ms outlook can do the trick, you just need to set it up and download the mails to it from yahoo, so you'd get an easily searchable/sortable database
