I'm using a WP Plugin called "Q and A" to tag tailwords on my site. The plugin creates a page where you can have several questions on a single page and if you click on those questions the answer will drop down from below.
On the main FAQ page I used 2 pictures and 1 youtube video and on the FAQ dropdown's I try to use 200 words per answer and at least one picture.

The good thing about this plugin is that it creates its own link on your blog. If you would create a Question called "Where do I buy X" additionally to adding it to your FAQ page it will add a permalink to the single question like:

    "sitename.cxm/?qa_faqs=Where-Do-I-Buy-x"

I've been using this plugin for little over 2 weeks now and am seeing a increase in organic searches and people going to my FAQ page.
Twitter is heaven for this, I just let people tweet links with "Did you know this about Item X", "Several Things you might now know about Item X" and so on.

If I see a question a new question on yahoo that is about my niche I create the same questions in other words. Try to explain it as good as possible and then answer the question with my site in the source. I've been chosen as best answer multiple times already.

    Hope this helps ;).
