FAO Experienced Face-To-Face Salespeople - Recommended Books?

    Hello folks,

    I was hoping the experienced and successful face-to-face salespeople on the forum could recommend any good books on the subject? Or perhaps bring to my attention any book considered the authority on the subject.

    I'll be getting a flood of appointments shortly and while I'm reasonably happy with my knowledge of selling my products, I think there's always room for improvement on anyone's basic and advanced face-to-face selling skills.

    Any recommendations much appreciated.

    Most people don't have the guts to do face-to-face. It's way too intimidating.
