Fan Page and Site Integration Question

A little help please, I'm trying to use my WP Site as a hub and whatever I post on the site would automagicly be posted on a Specific Fan Page and my Twitter Account.

I can Tweet Manually and they display at Twitter, but I can't seem to figure out how to get my FB shares to post on the wall of the Fan Page, They post in my personal profile.

I'm Using WP and plugins
Simple Facebook Connect which uses an App.
TweetMeme Retweet Button
Twitter Tools

Okay, I got the Site posting to the fan page, (created new fb ap). Twitter here I come

Assuming it is possible, do I need to be using different plugins or is it operator error?
