False tagging with stumbleupon

Sometimes I notice false tags on sites, so was wondering how you do it since I tried and the tag never shows in the g00gle serps? Like on one of my sites I have AIDS on it :s, so wanted to use this on a competitors site (he's a proper dickhead).
