if you mean, sending traffic to your squidoo page, then yes!
Set up a website, with a redirection or cloaking script which would then send your traffic to your squidoo page, with the fake referer being your website you set up.
If your on about sending traffic to your site and using squidoo as the fake referer then it's still possible but very complicated.
