So basically can you create fake youtube views on your videos if you have a dynamic ip address and open them with different ip all the time, without stucking on the 300 views mark ?

Has anyone tried this before and what kind of results did you get ?

If you have a dynamic IP address that's mostly because your ISP doesn't have enough IP addresses. So when you shut down your modem for some time you get a new IP address. This could be 5 minutes but could also be an hour. So when you reconnect you have a new IP you then have to clear your cookies and cache and view your video.

    I don't think it's worth your time.

I'm sorry, but that's so unbelievably incorrect it actually hurts me a little bit inside.

Haha. I worked at an ISP and that's how they explained it to me, maybe it was specific to them. I'm not that technical. :D

Haha fair enough, well technically speaking for the majority of people who use a big ISP rather than a smaller local one there are other reasons for allocating dynamic IP addresses - but it's probably quite a good way to think about it without getting too bogged down into the technical details :D

The rest of what you said was bang on though, almost certainly not worth the time trying to manipulate views using dynamic IP addresses!

I don't know why you say that it's not worth the time, as I get a new ip address every time I restart my internet connection. And I believe you know that restarting internet connection takes about 2 seconds.

And the whole process of restarting the connection, cleaning the cache and cookies, and refreshing the videos can be so easily automated with a .bat file, and browser plugin settings or autoclicker. I've done this before and it would take me around 6 seconds per a fresh view and 30 seconds to preview the whole video, so it would take 36-37 seconds per fresh view in total.

I'm asking is youtube going to accept this ?
    You know it's worth it...
