Fake Trademark Claim No Response From Shopify Even With Lawyer Contact

Hello so almost a month ago there was a fake trademark claim on my 7 figure business which has shut it down I have contacted shopify legal and shopify support so many times and nothing, what would be my next steps to get a response as I already had a lawyer reach out with a letter but no reply, I will be switching to wordpress but in the meantime would like to get this up

File a suit against them and see how fast they response. Thats the only legal option I see. Plus go behind the person or company who filed that fake suit.

thanks my lawyer said it would be hard to go against the person who did this because law office is in athens and he lives in china…
