Ok so I am debating on whether or not to do this...

I found a certain 2 word keyphrase: "buy xxxx" (xxxx is a 4 letter word). It has a Monthly Search Volume of 12,100 and the exact domain is available as a .net, .org, pretty much anything except .com (and that's parked, meaning it isn't competition).

My plan is to create an autoblog with the products, prices, etc but without actual links as to where to buy them. That's where adsense comes in. The way I figure it is people will get all confused as to how to buy the product and click on the ads instead. Obviously I'm going to start it with a few posts that have original content (re-written product descriptions) until it gets indexed, then activate the autoblog feature with some store's RSS feed with the product links moved.

So I have a few questions:

    1. Do domains that start with buy rank well with a keyphrase that starts with buy? Or does Google look for shopping sites first?
    2. Would I be able to resell this site and make a quick $30 as soon as it gets indexed? (I would submit a couple articles to directorys, RSS submit, and maybe some very light blog commenting andsocial bookmarking, the design would be very attrative)
    3. Does this sound like a decent plan in general? Or is it just.. silly?

    1) Not sure
    2) Easily, probably more like 100 bucks
    3) Never know until you try!

    For your first question,

Why not do a couple searches on different things and see what comes up first? Shopping results or the domain?

most buy domains seem to be just parking sites w/o any backlinks... do you know of any legit ones besides buy.com that have kind of a broad spectrum (like buylaptops.com, but thats a parking site)
