Hi everyone this is my first real post here.

I am currently building a website and keep running into trouble finding images for my posts. I'm after images of specific brands to do top tens and reviews and stuff like that. Every time I filter google for reuse it comes up with no images, neither does flickr or a few other sources.

What criteria would I need to fulfill to be eligible for fair use and how would I implement it?
    thanks in advance

Reviews and commentaries are included in the FAIR USE exceptions to US copyright law.

Even if they don't give express permission, as long as you will using the content for reviews STRICTLY, you should be fine.

You can use images directly from manufacturers.

Go to a website where you can purchase them... Shutterstock is great. You buy a subscription and get LEGAL access.
