I get these a lot.. I'm not sure how effective it is financially, but it could be believable if they wouldn't send more than one out to the same person. :-P Although the msg is old and would need updating.
 
The most important thing in marketing (especially internet marketing) is in knowing that your target audience should be morons. This is a consumer driven economy after all! Believe me this works, it's just a numbers game.
 
I get them a lot too, I always ask if they are a BHW member and give them some tips lool.
 
2 questions. Why report him for spamming? And why do you beg for thanks in your signature? Both are so not cool.
