One has a graphical interface (FaceFusion) and the other does not (Roop), which do you prefer and which is more efficient?
Feature | FaceFusion | Roop |
Developer | Open source | Henryruhs |
Status | Under development | Discontinued in 2023 |
Features | Real-time face swapping, Stable Diffusion support | Easy to use, high-quality results |
Availability | Open source | Unofficial forks |
I don't know reactor, i use FaceFusion, I provide the video and photo and it does the rest ! The only problem is that sometimes it either detects only one face or it loses the modification, it all depends on the quality of the video, editing, lighting etc...Does using any of these 2 needs to train a model first or just a high details face image to swap?
From that video I understand Reactor runs on CPU, yes. I only tried video face swap with roop, but got bad results probably because of the selfie image that was not high resolution. And it did take a lot of time. Do you know if FaceFusion is faster than roop?I don't know reactor, i use FaceFusion, I provide the video and photo and it does the rest ! Reactor seems to work on CPU only and therefore without Google Colab if I understood correctly ?
