facebook temporary locked account

I get this message after 2-3 days of adding friends. anyone know what causes this? I know the obvious answer, but I am logging in every time from firefox/vista on the same machine with the same IP. Same browser/same OS, same IP.

anyone have any ideas to not get this message?

Fixed, turned out to be an IP problem after all.
