Is there a way to show ads to Facebook users that are specific to the users name?

For example, say you are selling a coffee mug with 'Smith' on it. Can you show that ad to all people called Smith?

Thanks in advance for any answers.

    That is quite interesting!

You might be able to do this. The first I would do is get a scraper tool, that can store users and their Facebook emails. You could possibly find people interested in mugs and save it to a .txt with one entry on every line. Then you would need another tool to delete every line, that does not contain the certain name (could be done very simply with PHP).

Keep in mind though, that I don't know if it will work, but this is my idea on how to do it.
