Facebook Social Plugin allows visitors use their facebook info to login to your blog.

But I am wondering if I use this plugin, how do I generate lead? Visitors can become members without opt-in, how do I generate their personal info?

Yes it's great you get access to not only their email addresses also a bunch of additional data they've entered into their FB profiles.

When a user connects/registers, an encoded string (a 'signed_request') is passed to you application. Inside that encoded string is a JSON object that contains the personal information the user has allowed you to access as well as an authentication token which you can use to make calls to the api on their behalf.

How you recieve and decode that signed_request is dependent on how you have implemented all of this (JS SDK, PHP SDK, Python SDK, ect..)

See: http://developers.facebook.com/docs/ for more info. You really need to read and understand how it all works if you want to implement this all on your own.
