Facebook Requesting Wire Transfer

As some of you may know I am having some legal issues with facebook after a campaign, the lawyer is no asking me to wire facebook $xxxx, is this normal?

Should I pay?
It seems a bit dodgey...

Don't pay them a thing. It's legal intimidation. They do the same thing with theft. Large corporations try to extort money to cover "security fees" and BS like that. I wouldn't pay anything at all and more importantly just don't even respond to them.

Unfortunantly I opened a dialogue after ignoring it for a while, I would just like to put this behind me, paying them off is the simplest way?

Who exactly would you be paying off? Are you sure this is not a variation on the old Nigerian scams?
