Facebook question - How can they list the same item on a facebook account on all us states ?

How is this possible. One user has the same item listed on all us states..... here is the example - https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/profile/61555787986302/

How can they do it ? Are they using a lister or associate the account to a third party or something? I am very interested and willing to pay.

I recommend using different Facebook accounts, banning will be inevitable but it is more efficient
