facebook put a new location filter?

Hi, Facebook recently added city or ISP filter? I'm not sure.

But today i have create about 100 account all the account showing "Un familiar location" when login with different IP But same country.



"Please answer a few security questions

You are signing in from a location we're not familiar with. For your protection, please take a moment to answer a few security questions."

That's old - I alway get that one when I sign in with any accounts (even my private) on locations/ip's I have not used to log in with the account before.
 
Idont know exactly how new this is but IP tracking is not new. Back in February I made some 75 accounts, during one when I first got to my profile page there in the upper right hand corner was a suggestion to be friends with an account I had just created. They figured I was in the same area, so I might know her, in a way it was funny. Odds are like zilch that it was by chance.

But what i say, they seems added City or ISP Filter.

Because today I create account thought private usa IP after creating when i login the account with different usa private IP.

This isn't new. its was there almost 1-2 months already . I am encountering such filters though it doesn't really harm.
