It is ok, you’re not breaking any rules. However, keep in mind that you’ll make less from Adsense than what you’ll pay for that traffic. The only way to make that traffic (from FB ads) worth it is to have it go to a sales page, product page, post with affiliate links that convert well or a page where people sign up for your e-mail etc.

Yes, that's fine it works if you're able to get enough traffic to/from your FB page.
