Facebook Page in Weight Loss Niche

As my latest project, I have decided to create a website in the weight loss niche. I want to focus on driving traffic to this website through both google and facebook. For the google part I will do SEO for the website.

For the Facebook part, I am planning to create a facebook page and share my article links there to get traffic and maybe some of the posts would go viral. For this facebook page I am getting likes from facebook ads since it is almost impossible to get genuine likes to your page when it is new.

My questions are:

1. Should I target only US, UK and Canada or should I target all countries and keep language as English?
2. What is the ideal cost per like for a page in weight loss niche? I am currently paying $0.15-0.3 per like?
3. How many base fans are good enough for likes to be generated organically?

I am new to facebook page building hence need some suggestions on the above questions.

dude health niche is need for everyone so you can target all countries, you can add stuff content for your niche automatically it will create a more traffic better you can keep your language in english because its a universal one.
traffic and like it's not a problem if you have a stuff and updated page it will have a organically traffic

You can definitely get cheaper likes by targeting your ads to a specific interest. From there you should be paying by the pennies. Of course, you must have a good engaging ad that has a high CTR for this to happen.

I am currently posting links from other websites on my page. Once I get substantial likes, around 10k, I would be posting content on my website and posting links to the page to get traffic.

Posting re-written content would be ok, right?

Don't wait till you get 10k likes. You need to build social signals to your site, so start posting your content - and build your email list by creating good squeeze pages.
