I'm just wondering something here. Those news links that appear on the right side / right column every day with new news links about the latest world news, how are they put there? I mean, do people pay to have their links there or does facebook simply choose which news to show and which ones to not show? Who decides what news links about the world news goes on that upper right area? The reason why I ask is, if there is news link I'm curious about and I click on the link, it opens up this entire newsfeed of hundreds of posts about that particular news. But who decides which posts show up on my screen and at the top? A lot of the posts are are from what looks to be ordinary people, average johns, jane, and joe blows, I don't know who they are, they aren't my friends, some of them I can't even comment or react on, but I can see what they decided to post or read what comment they decided to post. I don't get that. Who decided that John Smith's post (his own opinion) get to appear at the front or near the top of all the news feeds??? What's worse is, I can't even comment or react to some of them, so why do they even show me or why does it appear to me? It's frustrating because it makes me feel like people can say whatever they want and then readers like me have no choice but to see it at the top or front of the news feeds and we can't even comment on it since they aren't my friend.....LOL. If they aren't even my friends, I don't want to know or read what the average facebook user has got to say about this or that. What the hell man? So, if I just post something on my status like, "Pray for Belgium" with a picture, that will show up on everyone's newsfeed near or at the top????
