It also depends on what you want to sell, which country you want to sell it in, and whether your target customer base has been correctly identified. Personally, I recommend being cautious with services on Fiverr. Most of those followers are bots or low-quality accounts that don't interact with your content, and Facebook can easily detect that. If detected, your account is very likely to be banned.

Don't buy followers from Fiverr; it's also a scam. Those followers are all bots and spam. If you don't want to get into trouble, I advise you to give it up. Focus on improving the quality of your service and using strong, reputable advertising accounts to help you generate better revenue.
