Facebook marketing - paying for advertising / pages - cash work up for grabs- info needed

Hey guys i know i don't have too many posts in this forum but im after some information. im currently paying for facebook advertising for my page. my page is a punters group for people who want tips on placing bets in a particular sporting category with a small monthly fee attached for the service.

Now im not getting much traction with the in house service facebook provides and its way costly.. iv noticed some softwares that can gain traffic on this fourm but have no clue where to start or what to even look for. what is a better way i could gain momentum from advertising on my page.

im also looking for a webpage designer and a hosting service so i can expand my venture im currently doing. (web developing skills is not my strongest)
