Facebook Groups: Marking Posts As Announcements Gets More Members

Update for the last 28 days are in...

Over 25K new members in less than a month.
As you can see, I haven't been posting much, but the active members are still considerably high.
Meanwhile, engagements are are also doing good with 5K to 15 in a single day.

See the screenshot and tell me what you think.

Again, whenever I use the announcement feature there is a surge in engagement and member's growth. The trick is to add all the requesting members then posting a new post and marking a recent post as an announcement.

Are they likely to be directed to your money site? From my experience, facebook group users tend to stay in facebook.

The members tend to engage with links to my website as much as they engage with photos and videos posted in the group.

I don't know how many of you are using this feature but it seems to be working just fine on my end.

Every now and then I use the "Mark as Announcement" button on post of groups and the result seems great. After usage, each groups gets a bunch of member requests.

I have an entertainment website that publish articles about artist and actors.
Recently, I have been creating groups particularly about each top artist and other acts, and to my surprise, its working awesome in terms of growing memberships.

I'm getting like +500 members per day (sometimes +1000) organically with mostly photos and videos posts.
Members seem to believe that the groups are run by the artists and other acts.

Try it and tell me what you think.

Hi, I have a facebook group and I want to increase the number of members. Will you advertise my Facebook group? How much does it cost?

Would you mind sharing more about how to get the group going initially? I share my post to other related groups but always get banned quickly and almost nobody would ever click into my group page and then become a member.

Make sure you link the group to your main page and share content directly with the page instead of your personal account.. From time to time, share content from the group to your main page. Also related share content from your page to the group.

Also, ask fans from your main page to become a member of the linked group:
Become a member of ******* to get exclusive access to ****** latest photos, music and videos.

Do you manage to get the option for all the page profiles to join in the groups? As some of my pages are not showing up while joining in groups and can only join with personal profile!

You can also invite those that liked your Facebook page to join your Facebook group. There is an option to invite around 50 members per day.

Fans are passionate and willing to interact online, good sharing. You could try some sporting group, sporting fans are also passionate online.

Initially, I have done this but I stopped after a few because it was not as effective as expected and I felt like I was inviting persons who may not be genuinely interested in the group topic.
