Facebook group limits- How much can you post per day ?

I think around 5 posts is better, because posting too many in a day will be considered spam. Your posts won't have time to reach people and get interaction before other posts overshadow them. This can lead to people unfollowing you and your posts will get less interaction.

safely u can do 5-10 posts spread throughout the day with organic engagement in between

Post every 2–3 hours, but make sure the content is actually good, otherwise it might get flagged as spam

In my opinion, you should limit it to 5 posts or fewer. Because posting too many can lead to spam reports and restrictions on your posting and commenting rights in the group.

Two posts a day is enough; if the group has been active for a long time, I might even just post one, which will increase the level of discussion.

I've posted 5-10 times a day in my own groups before. The quality of the posts mattered more than the number
