I think the idea of using hashtags by topic is very creative. People can easily follow the content chain, they will tend to join the discussion, creating natural interactions. I will try this method

An organic trick that works and i find interesting is by posting on other peoples community/page to attract eyes to your own page. This will work if you provide real value in whatever you post or share because people that see it will be eager to know who you are that you can provide such knowledge and will be convinced to check your page, follow and engage

Lately I’ve had better luck growing through personal profiles sharing posts that spark discussion, then funneling the right people into the group. Also tried collaborations with other group admins for shoutouts. Not fast, but feels more natural and FB seems to favor it.
