    "Hi xxxx,

Unfortunately, your account has been disabled because our systems have detected suspicious activity associated with a method of payment on file with your account. Facebook is currently investigating the matter.

In order to expedite the investigation, please provide an explanation for the discrepancy between your region and billing address. Additionally, any further information you can provide as to the methods of payment you have been using, your reasons for using them and your advertising campaigns will also be of assistance.

Please note that your full credit card number is not required. Facebook will never ask for your full credit card number via email, nor is it recommended that you send this information with your correspondence."

So here is the thing, I am a digital nomad, so I am never in florida (where my billing address is). it would be insane to change my billing address for my credit card everytime i go somewhere. I told them this and I still got my appeal denied. I only run whitehat stuff. should I just forget about this account and open a new one with a vcc? many thanks

New one with VCC will still go down to the same matter. Just Buy aged account with activities and youre good to good. Or better still, create the account and groom it for some weeks before you proceed with ads.

VCC's almost never work because their BINs are blacklisted, your chances of getting back your accounts is tough, but for future accounts you can attach a proxy to your account, that way the IP never changes.

One thing though is Facebook is strict about fake accounts so datacenter proxies almost neverwork, they work if you get a good provider or the account itself has been sitting on the proxy for a long time.

    Cheers

Thank you guys. If I were to for instance ask my cousin to let me use his account for ads (he lives in another country), can I just create a new account to be added as the administrator of his account and be good to go or would an administrator still go through the same scrutiny making the whole plan pointless?
