    I want to make fan page . using FB ads. if i invest 50$ how many english fans can i get?

    It depends on your niche. By "English", you mean people from UK?

    Depends on a lot of things. Targeting,niche,current likes your page has.
    I would suggest to promote viral content and not page itself.

    English fans is costly bro with 50$ you can get only 100 to 250 fans

    I would disagree. If I promote my viral content then I burn through my budget and everyone I have advertised to sees that one piece of content once.

    If I grow fans to a page and then promote viral content to them on a regular basis I have a (relatively) captive audience who are more likely to see multiple pieces of my content and, having already built a relationship with me by liking my page, they are more likely to engage with posts (likes, shares, clicks etc).

    I would always push growing a good following in the early days and then push content to them - and I think I'm right in saying that's a pretty accepted way of approaching this. CBA to find the references.
