Facebook Fanpage

Someone has been messing around with my Fb fanpage. It is a money making website and since last 7 days I noticed I cannot post and links. Fb says that the content on this fan page has been marked spammed please contact us if you think it is not right.

I emailed them 3 times but no replies. What options do I have? Should I make a new fanpage? Or you know any method which can work? Also should I make a new FP with the same email Id or a new one?
