I am just wondering whenever I pay for ads, people who do not even know to read the language on page start clicking on page or link continously. Most of the profiles seem to have 2 or 3 posts in their timeline...

I won't say that this is true, but I can say that I only had bad results with Facebook ads. Don't know if this was my fault, but I stay with Adwords...

I love adwords too, but it eats up my cash too quickly than I imagine.

Thanks for sharing. Yes, I feel it is 100% true coz' I have already run 4 campaigns and the same thing happened all the time.

Some of my friends complain about them ended up liking a page when they originally did not.

I wonder what Google would do if 20-50k bots went on a clicking party one day? Face book ads are only for targeting something locally and would not surprise me if they were that low to do something like that.

I initially thought that it was unlikely, but looking into the patterns and the profiles where I am getting teh clicks from, I could not think anything other than this.

    Hmmm....

? July 26: Facebook Inc. says revenue grew 32 percent to $1.18 billion in the second quarter, slightly above analyst expectations. It had a net loss of 8 cents per share, mainly due to stock compensation expenses following its IPO. Adjusted earnings of 12 cents per share matched Wall Street's expectations. Investors weren't impressed and after a brief spike, Facebook's stock tumbled. It was Facebook's first quarterly earnings report since public trading began on May 18, 2012. Facebook now has 955 million users, up about 50 million during the quarter.

Padding their numbers? Not exactly a long term business model, but should work short term.
