Seeking some feedback on Facebook accounts & disabled & jails. I have built a successful business on Facebook but as of recently, it seems they do not like that lol. I run and admin several Facebook groups and go Facebook live to build my following.
About 2 years ago, when #facebookdown happened the first time - I was logged out of my account & unable to log back in for almost 10 weeks. This was due to the 2fa not going to my phone.
As a result, I created a backup profile... I have not used it until I started to get shadowbanned and/or in commenting or posting jail on my main.
I also decided I am going to just build the backup as a fresh start. This BACKUP profile has had issues with going Facebook live. See here:
This has been ongoing for MONTHS and getting the run around from Facebook support, they finally admitted it was an error on their part but have no idea when/how it will be fixed. (see screenshot)
Since I've had the issues with LIVES, I've been running both profiles -- backup for communication, commenting, posting and the MAIN for Facebook lives. I do understand this is against TOS, but I have had no choice. I use separate devices & IPS for profiles as well.
More recently, I have been tossed in Facebook disabled accounts jail on BOTH profiles. A few times, when I am not even on the platform.
As of today, I am DISABLED on the main LIVE profile and have no idea why. Usually, I submit my ID and they verify. Attached is what I am seeing now.
I have noticed that when one account gets disabled or in jail -- the other is in posting/commenting jail. So both are unusable.
This is super frustrating and causes me massive loss in business momentum as I can't use business manager, profile or creator studio.
I am HUMBLY here asking for feedback and looking for clarity and a solution as to how I can set myself up for success, instead of continuing to perpetuate jail.
I am versed in the basics - obviously don't spam, don't comment too much, don't cross post, you shouldn't actually have two accounts, etc.
I recognize this - but there are several times I am not even on the platform and I get banned/jailed.
I do believe this is a sign to build on other platforms, but I still have a business to run.
I know there are amazing people on this forum who would be able to give me some insights as to what I could do?
