Facebook disabled because my instagram got banned?

you have no choice but to wait and report this to FB and wait for resolution, you can report fake account, normally verification will be faster but, you have lost your verification method so there is nothing else you can do

try sending a complaint directly to facebook. send information and attached pictures if you have not violated any of their policies, they will resolve it quickly for you.

yes, FB's new algorithm all affect each other. intagram is banned if linked to FB it also affects the same. if fanpage is banned it will also directly affect FB page will also be banned
 
Please use the Facebook account recovery page or contact support multiple times to try to reopen it because you cannot log in automatically when locked.
 
Yes of course, account linked with banned account will be affected too. When the page i have been assigned to be an admin dead, they also give restriction to my personal account too :(.
 
So if your Instagram account triggered a ban. Then Facebook assumes your FB account may also be compromised or malicious. That is the cause of your problem
 
Even if you can't log in, you can still send an appeal request to Facebook support, they work 24/7 so they will definitely help you get a satisfactory answer.
