Facebook comment like link and how to use it???

Ok so hi everyone Sorry for being noob but i have question as all noobs have some...Long story short:
Can anyone help me,by telling me from where to get link of someones comment like ?
And is possible to use addmefast or like4like to increase likes on that comment?
