Facebook clearly winning the app battle

I was just going through this report by appannie and found out that in the last decade 4 out of the 10 most downloaded apps are owned by FB and the top two are facebook apps. Instead of all the political drama and also issues revolving user data it seems like people cannot stop downloading FB owned apps

They already have such a large user base using their platform on regular basis. They can use this for promoting whatever they want.

They know what they're doing. Well, at least with making Messenger and making users have to download it to read private messages from FB. Sneaky but hey, it worked.

They tried with a dating app and God knows what else but didn't happen. They're not lazy, that's for sure.

Yea but people install it and then uninstall it too they should share uninstall numbers too
