Hello, i have 2 profiles, in 1 profile i got primary location on another not yet, im planning to use the profiles for advertising my page which i will boost for monetization, in my first account which i have the primary location on Washington D.C, i tried to create BM and i failed which they now are asking to verify in order to file a complain, in the second im still warming up the account in order to get primary location.
1.Can i run ads on the account that i haven't gained primary location
If yes i will start with lower budget like 5$ for 7 days
If no what is the best use case, i have read some information on BHW pretty much they are all saying that is better with aged accounts, but what if i try with fresh account gradually increasing for example :
"5$ for 7 days" after that
"10$ for 7 days"
"15$ for 7 days"
i noticed that with fresh accounts even the engage of ads it's too little, with this post i told what i saw and how i think,im open for anyone's help and hints
