Absolutely wrong statement. Both threshold as well as daily spend accounts have limits set on them.
- Daily spend - Don't know about daily spend limit accounts working. (Never got to use them)
- Threshold limit - You got to do the payment at the instant your threshold limit is touched. It starts from $25 and increases to $750 or $1500. These accounts have daily spend limit. But they hit the 5K spend limit much earlier than daily spend limits one.

Daily Spending Limit - Amount you can spend on ads per day.
Billing Threshold - Whenever you touch that limit, your card will be charged.

if there is $250 daily spend limit and $25 threshold accounts. which one is more valuable? as my account is $25 threshold accounts but there is no daily limit on billing

Value of your account depends on how you use it. And if you are trying to sell it, then it is not allowed according to forum rules.
These accounts can be valued at $100-$1000, depending on the durability, country and other factors.

does anyone know the increments- how exactly threshold increases with each successful payment- Iv heard it goes up to $750 or $2500

Yup, as far as I know. Never had it go above $750.
