Assuming the link sticks, i.e. the FB group admin allow it, then technically it is a backlink.
But then there's also the question of what your goal is. Links from social media sites like FB are typically no-follow. So, they are also unlikely (in general) to help you rank, in terms of gaining trust, authority or relevance.
However, if your goal was simply to drive traffic, then you could do this by posting in a large niche FB group that had tons of engagement.
