lol. Dude. You're looking at $50k for a decent app coded with Rails in the US or $2500 to turn a website into a framed app from some guy in India. There are a few ways to roll your own without coding, but generally those things are pointless and useless.
You're better off learning to hack one together yourself - that's what I'm doing.

Dapper basically wraps a website within Facebook. Probably useful for cookie stuffing since the graphics are self-hosted on your server. See: dapper.net/facebook-appmaker.php

I have a quiz script too, but I would not recommend using the quiz script as facebook recently, or not recently a while ago changed a fair amount of settings, and introduced several measures to protect the platform from apps that login and post.
I have an amazing ebook / article I found from a super super underground marketer, VinceV. This guy just rocks!
