facebook app system help

if anybody familliar with the facebook app system? i have created my app,
but when the user clicks allow and the token is generated, for some reason thier detailes like email adress is not showing in my database.

any clues bhw?

If you have a newer account and started making apps the user will have an option between which permissions are accepted, this is a likely cause. There may be other reasons but find out if this is happening with every account or just a certain ratio of accounts and let me know your results.
